Oh, a robot."How can you develop your own AI tool without any prior technical knowledge?" No way!
Nowadays plenty of things can be accomplished.The question is related to the fact that my team and I have created an AI for job advertisements.
The story is that in December 2024,I was on the phone with my friend and colleague Jasmin and we said: "Come on, in 2025 we are optimizing 100 advertisements.
We need to think of how to proceed with that but we need to achieve it using AI.
Let's develop a custom ChatGPT that can learn from our knowledge.

Then I told some people and at some point a colleague said: "You need an IT specialist.
You won't be able to do it by yourself forever." I also came to that conclusion because yes, I can ask ChatGPT how to create something like this but I will have to create it myself." Logically, that's where my skills hit their limit.
I really like working, I get very involved,but that had to end at some point.
Particularly because I was still working as a consultant,like, my job didn't disappear.
Jasmin came to me on January and said: "I know two IT specialists,they have time and know about this.
They have already done something similar, they have created a website and an AI tool. They know what this is about." And we met online for the first time as a team on January 2025 One in each corner of Germany.
They both thought it was a good idea.Jasmin and I told them that we wanted to upgrade job offers using AI. "Can we do that somehow?" The truth is that we just wanted feedback on the job advertisements I offered as a consultant,but we wanted to automatize that.
That worked out relatively quickly.Then we had our first test clients, and we reached a point where I no longer had to do anything on a technical scale, thank God.
I had compiled all my knowledge about job advertisements.
We had created Excel spreadsheets showing how many criteria we actually analysed in job offers.
And I wasn't aware that I was evaluating more than 100 aspects just by taking a quick look at an offer.
If I stop to look at it and think about it,then I see a lot of things right away.
If I spend an hour on it, I will certainly take into account more than 100 aspects that I was not aware of.
After that, we had to teach this AI those criteria.
At first, it didn't work the way we wanted.That's how AI works, so it took a little longer.
A couple of months, to be exact.So we released the project in May 2025.
Not only with the "advertisement analysis" tool,but with the "reformulation of a new one" tool as well.
According to the approach I used in my workshops, that is,a brief analysis of the requirements that a client has entered, for example.
There are ten questions to answer which are part of my workshops,and which my clients also get by email.
The answers are submitted and then the AI can write an advertisement which I can be satisfied with.
And that is not easy, by the way.It took a while but the time came when I could finally be satisfied.
Accomplishing that felt amazing.That meant a lot of work, teaching the tool the task it had to perform, because sometimes it doesn't always do exactly what you want it to.
If you have ever tried ChatGPT, you know that it often does wonders, but sometimes it's a mess.
Of course, you have to absolutely delete those bizarre, delusional answers.
Besides, just as we were mentioning before, it's not essential that everybody uses a tool for that.
Because there are free options to use AI language models.
It is very useful for job advertisements.I totally support it, because I believe that it would improve the offer.
But these tools don't know how your company works,What is its culture like?
What is the job actually like?In the end, the AI is going to ramble a lot, so we need to give it some input, some key prompts, so that its answers won't be absolutely nonsensical.
